Our history
After a 20-year career, and during five years and more than 250 assignments with Cresa France, the three partners of Instate have consolidated their expertise and acquired a solid experience in the
field of commercial real estate.
Today, with Instate, this team wishes to continue to develop its expertise for the benefit of its clients. Instate's ambition is to bring its values and the know-how of its talents to the highest level.

Charles, Matthieu and Thibault work in the same company for about ten years.
January 2016
Charles and Matthieu create an independent structure under the name of Cresa France (franchise of the eponymous American group) with the ambition to offer in France the expertise of a player dedicated exclusively to office tenants.
2018
Thibault joins them as a partner.
The company is 100% owned by the three partners, in equal shares.
2019
Move to the new office.
2020
Following the spring 2020 lockdown, the company adapts to client demand for lease renegotiations and plans to move to a flexible environment to support the widespread use of telecommuting.
2021
More than 65 missions are carried out, evenly distributed between the three business families. Cresa France achieves its best turnover since its creation. Cresa USA is acquired by a generalist broker (also advising landlords), Cresa France becomes Instate, with no other impact than the change of brand for France.
